Yeah I'm looking forward to the HBM tutorials at the beginning. I think ultimately the HBM architecture will need to change to be better suited for tighter integration. I wrote a piece already on the signal integrity packaging constraints for HBM5 so it would be good to add more knowledge on top of that.
